Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 17, 2026 · Version: 1.0

This policy applies to "consumer health data", as Washington, Nevada and Connecticut law define it, that Eidovis, Inc. ("Eidovis", "we") collects through the DELVA app about residents of those states, and about anyone whose consumer health data is collected in Washington. Our Privacy Policy describes all of our data practices.

1. Consumer health data we collect, and how we use it

Category Examples How we use it
Body measurements and personal characteristics Height, weight, date of birth or age, gender To estimate calories burned, to check you meet the minimum age, and, where the app offers it, to choose your workouts
Fitness level and goals Your fitness level and the goals you choose To choose and schedule your workouts, where the app offers it
Workout records Exercises, sets, reps, durations, form scores and form measurements, workout times, whether a workout was completed, how it felt To show your history, progress and streaks, to give you feedback, to decide whether a workout counts and how hard your next workouts are where the app plans them, to understand how workouts and features are used and improve them, to check and improve how the app reads exercise form, and to diagnose crashes
Movement data Positions of points on your body during a workout, including points on your face and hands, with rep and set timings To check and improve how accurately the app counts reps and reads exercise form, including developing and training the software that does this
Exercise measurements Joint angles and body measurements sampled during sets, including head-position measurements for some exercises, and for some exercises the positions of body points; rep events, form faults, phone tilt To run and fix the app, and to improve how it reads exercise form
Workout video (test versions only) A short, low-resolution video of a workout that you choose to send To check and improve how the app reads exercise form
Feedback about workouts Issue reports and their diagnostics, and the text of voice answers about the app or a workout To understand problems you report and improve the app
Crew activity Which days you trained this week, and your sessions and minutes as part of the crew's weekly totals To show your progress to the crews you join

We may also use any of these categories to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and comply with the law.

2. Where we get it

  • From you: the information you enter in the app, and the choices you make, such as sending a video or a report.
  • From your phone: the app works out movement data, exercise measurements, workout records and phone tilt from your phone's camera and motion sensor while you exercise.

3. Consumer health data we share

We share each category in section 1 with our service providers, only to provide and improve the Service as described above. Apple receives crew activity, and updates about your training, in the notifications it delivers for us. We share crew activity with the crews you join.

We do not sell consumer health data.

4. Who we share it with

Categories of third parties:

  • Cloud hosting and storage provider: Amazon Web Services.
  • Crash and error reporting provider: Sentry, for app crash reports, which can include workout identifiers and counts, and server error reports, which can include the health data in the request that failed.
  • Monitoring and analytics tools provider: Grafana Labs, for exercise measurements and feedback content our team reviews.
  • Email provider: Zoho, for any health information you include in emails to us.
  • Push notification service: Apple, which delivers our notifications about your crew's activity and your training, and handles them under its own terms.
  • Other members of crews you join: crew activity only.

Specific affiliates: none. Eidovis has no affiliates that receive consumer health data.

5. Your rights and how to use them

You have the right to:

  • confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data;
  • access it, including a list of all third parties and affiliates we've shared it with, with their contact details;
  • withdraw your consent to our collection and sharing of it;
  • have it deleted, including from our backups and by our service providers.

How to make a request. Email contact@eidovis.ai from the address linked to your account, or tell us which account you use. You can also:

  • delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete Account);
  • turn off movement data sharing with the Share movement data switch in the Privacy section of Profile.

To delete your movement data without deleting your account, email us.

There's currently no setting to stop exercise measurements while you keep using the app. Deleting your account stops new collection, but doesn't delete those already sent, because we don't store them with your account or profile ID. Once your account and its workouts are deleted, we won't try to connect them to you again. Our Privacy Policy says how long we keep them.

We'll confirm the request comes from you before acting on it. You don't need to create a new account to make a request.

Timing. We'll respond within 45 days, and we may extend that once by up to 45 more days if we tell you why. For deletion requests:

  • we delete the data from our active systems. Exercise measurements are stored without your account or profile ID, so we delete those we can find through your workout records; our Privacy Policy says how long we keep the rest;
  • we tell our service providers to delete it;
  • copies in our backups are overwritten as our Privacy Policy says.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. We'll respond to your appeal in writing within 45 days and explain our reasons. If we deny it, you can contact your state's attorney general:
